Questions, answered

Many of our services are covered. We work with Aetna, CareFirst, Carrot, Medicaid, TRICARE, and United Healthcare, and we offer scholarships and 4-month payment plans so cost is never the reason you go without support.

Most families begin in the second or early third trimester, but it's never too early to plan or too late to learn. Reach out and we'll help you find the right timing and format — in person, virtual, or in-home.

A doula provides continuous emotional and physical support before, during, and after birth — comfort measures, advocacy, and a calm, experienced presence. We don't replace your medical team; we help you feel confident and heard within it.

Absolutely. Our classes and doulas are built to bring partners in, not leave them on the sidelines. First-time dads tell us they leave feeling like part of the team.

You don't have to figure this out alone.
