Registration & payment
Classes and packages are confirmed on registration. We accept major insurance (Aetna, CareFirst, Carrot, Medicaid, TRICARE, United Healthcare) and offer scholarships and a 4-month payment plan so cost is never a barrier.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens. Reach out as early as you can to reschedule a class or visit. Refund eligibility depends on timing and the service booked — we'll always work with you fairly.
Doula backup
Every doula package includes a backup doula from the same team, so you're never left without support if the unexpected happens.
Health & safety
We follow current public-health guidance for in-person classes and visits, and offer virtual options whenever you prefer.
