Many of our services are covered. We work with Aetna, CareFirst, Carrot, Medicaid, TRICARE, and United Healthcare, and we offer scholarships and 4-month payment plans so cost is never the reason you go without support. We'll help you check your coverage during a free consult.

A doula provides continuous emotional and physical support before, during, and after birth — comfort measures, position changes, advocacy, and a calm, experienced presence. We don't replace your doctor or midwife; we help you feel confident and heard within your medical team.

Most families begin in the second or early third trimester, but it's never too early to plan or too late to learn. Reach out and we'll help you choose the right timing and format — in person, virtual, or in-home.

Absolutely. Our classes and doulas are designed to bring partners in, not leave them on the sidelines. First-time dads regularly tell us they walked in unsure and left feeling like part of the team.

We offer seven, from virtual 'Doula on Demand' to our most experienced 'Personalized' package for VBACs, multiples, and high-risk births, plus team, student, sibling, and planned C-section options. Every package includes a backup doula. A free consult is the fastest way to find your fit.

Yes. Our postpartum doulas come to your home for newborn care, recovery support, feeding help, and reassurance during the fourth trimester. We also offer lactation consults, infant massage, and sleep support.

Yes — we offer virtual and in-home classes across DC, Virginia, and Maryland, in addition to our Alexandria studio. Denver is coming soon.
