Your health and your baby's come first. Here's how we keep classes and visits safe — and flexible.
We follow current public-health guidance for all in-person classes, hospital tours, and doula visits, and we adjust quickly when recommendations change.
Always-available virtual options
Every core class can be taken live and virtual, so you never have to choose between learning and staying comfortable. Private virtual sessions are available too.
In-home support, your way
Our postpartum and in-home services follow careful hygiene practices, and we're always happy to talk through what makes you feel safest before a visit.
